Charlotte Ginsborg exhibits a video that combines narrative aspects and documentary clips. Ambiguity is derived due to a mixture of fiction and reality. The video also correlates to the sense of claustrophobia experienced by the artist while living in Venice, particularly with regards to the uncultured behaviour that get adopted by tourists: real or false, authentic or reproduced from a cliché previous to their arrival? The story mixes the vicissitudes of two people, an Italian man and an English woman, bound by their fear of bridges. The ironic aspect could be seen as either funny or sinister.
